Phase 3 meetings:

The purpose of these meetings is to offer encouragement and camarederie. Studies have shown that individuals who enroll in a group do better at weight loss than those who try to go it alone.

Phase 3 meetings are held weekly. If you are a new participant and have attended a Phase 2 workshop, you can register on the web site (see "Class schedule and sign-up"). Enrollment is ongoing, so you can sign up at any time. We do ask for a 3-month commitment- this helps to keep people motivated! The three-month clock starts from the day you enroll. 

 

The Program

This program has three phases: Principles, Practice, and Progress. You will register for one phase at a time. After each phase, you will decide whether to move on to the next one.
