Highlights of the program

The goal of the Bluebonnet Program is to give YOU the tools you need to regain control of your weight and health for the rest of your life.

● After doing the program, you will not need us any more. You will have the knowledge and the practical skills to proceed confidently on your own. Of course, we will always be there to answer your questions and help you overcome obstacles.  

● The Bluebonnet Program does not use drugs or supplements, and it does not count calories. It is based on understanding how the body works and using this knowledge to control hunger. Not just the "empty stomach" hunger, but also the temptation to eat what we should not be eating. With the hunger under control, the calories take care of themselves.

● The program will teach you how foods are metabolized in the body, so you will be able to make intelligent food choices. Once the hunger is gone, choosing the right foods becomes so much easier!

● The program will help you set achieveable and healthy targets for weight loss. The goal is to prevent, reverse or minimize the complications of obesity. 

You will also learn:

● How to prepare quick and healthy meals.

● Where to shop and what to buy.

● How to cheat. Yes, you read that right.  We call it “Freestyling.” No one can be on a life-long program without cheating now and then!

● How to exercise effectively to lose weight.

● And the most important: How to become your own specialist. After all, each of us is different. It's time to learn your own body!

The program has three phases: Principles, Practice, and Progress. You will register for one phase at a time. After each phase, you will decide if you want to move on to the next one. For details, see "The Program" on your right.
